Southwell Lions Presentation

We were proud to announce earlier this month that for the 4th year in a row Sherwood Archers had won the Bob Easty trophy for the most money raised for the Lions at the 2018 swimathon.

A total of £355 was raised of which 25% was presented to the Lions and 75% was retained for Sherwood Archers.

 

On Friday night members of the Southwell lions presented David Salmon (organiser and team member for the swimathon) with the aforesaid trophy.  Many congratulations to David, his sons  Oliver and Nathan and to Dean and Eric Burton for this outstanding effort.

Club members who’re present on the night gathered around for the presentation.
