    In line with the advice from both Archery GB and the Government Sherwood Archers are in lockdown until further
    notice.  Sadly the WA70 Shoot scheduled for the 31st May has been postponed until later in the year.  A date for the
    shoot will be advised in due course.  All entries will be honoured and the archers will be contacted prior to this revised date.  Thank you for your patience in this matter.

    Open to Recurves, Compounds, Longbows and Barebows

    Medals will be awarded for all Rounds according to entries.

    AGB Dress will apply all day. Rule 307

    Closing date for entries is 25th May 2020 No refunds for cancellation will be given after the closing date

    Record Status Shoots are liable for drug testing and competitors approached to give samples must comply: Refusal will be treated as a positive result. The entry form for Juniors MUST be signed by a Parent or Guardian to signify their consent to their child being tested if approached.

    Due to the COVID19 virus pandemic, the decision has been taken to cancel the golden Arrow shoot this year (2020). sherwood Archers hope to welcome you to our grounds in 2021.

    4 dozen at 60 yards – 2 dozen at 50 yards (repeated in the afternoon)

    (Junior distances according to age and bow type).

    • Breakfast rolls are available for sale in the morning. Hot and cold drinks can be purchased all day. Please bring your own cup/mug if possible. Thank you.

    Appropriate rounds for juniors: please indicate age on application form. We reserve the right to move up to the next available distance if necessary.
